ZUMAVILE IS SET TO COST TAX PAYERS NEARLY R240 MILLION

Picture:http://www.citypress.co.za
Zuma's Nkandla homestead.
Nearly R240 million was spent on president Jacob Zuma's Nkandla homestead.DA Parliamentary leader Lindiwe Mazibuko said in a statement " The department of public works spending millions on Zuma's private homestead is a serious abuse of tax payers' money by a department which is failing in almost every other key responsibility," .This is a serious concern to the public because their tax money is misused instead of building schools, hospitals in the rural areas it is set to be used in building "Zumavile" which will only benefit him,his family and his associates. What about other provinces that still need these extreme make overs?.Some members of the media have been asking departments to provide information concerning their involvement or financial contribution to the Nkandla Development Project but still there was no response from the department. The DA wants the public protector to investigate further on the Nkandla project. The investigation will focus on whether the money for the project has not been transferred from other projects that need the fund the most. The DA's out rage came after a report in the City Press stated that Zuma would only be footing five percent of the bill, which amounted to around R10,6 million. The Nkandla project includes the building of a helipad, underground bunkers and fencing around the entire complex.According to a public works memorandum sent to former public works minister Gwen Mahlangu-Nkabinde on March 28 last year, a “planning instruction” was issued to provide “security measures in line with Cabinet regulations” to Zuma’s compound. The purpose of the memorandum, written by Durban regional manager Kenneth Khanyile, was to clarify the“apportionment of cost between (the) state’s responsibility and (the) private (cost to the owner)”.
the scope of the work was divided as follows :
  •  The “public (state’s) portion: R203 079 677.18”; and
  •  The “private (owner’s) portion: R10 651 580.64”.

Our President Mr Jabob Zuma.
most of the work including extensive landscaping of Zumas residential compound feel out of scope. Now what does that say about the department of public works? this shows that there is something wrong about how the money was being used. Why would some of the important parts be left out in the memorandum? DA will not rest until they find answers. Looking at  PRP's point of view this is perceived  as bad publicity by the president because there is still censorship of information  on how the project is run.Our president is using the public money to build his own place in Nkandla. He deprives money from projects that are so desperately in need to boost job creation and fight poverty. This proves that our president is denying the real challenges that are facing SA on a daily basis. It is immoral to rob the public on a day light.

IMAGINE SA IF MALEMA EVER CAME TO POWER

Picture:http://www.timeslive.co.za
Expelled ANC president Julius Malema in court.
Imagine what this country will be like if Julius Malema became president. May this day never down in our life time, or that of our children. These are the words reported to have been said by Mthembu on Wednesday (26-09-2012). This was after Malema was in court charged with money laundering and he was granted bail of 10 000. Malema said that this is just a minor case and is ready to answer any questions that may be asked. The case was postponed until November. Malema is corrupting this country that has suffered so much, and is tainting our government. He should have never been an ANC member because he is a bad person and will continue being that person. He does not have the qualities of becoming the president or a leader. Malema still needs to be taught from good human principles to how to be a good president. He is not ready. Malema's actions show how hungry he is for power in the presidency. South Africa does not need such candidates. This country needs people whose purpose is to serve its public, not people whose mission is to make fun of other people, hiding behind the fact that they have the right to freedom of expression. It a public relations practitioner job to make sure that we shape the perceptions of the public in any way possible, this includes revealing to the public who really who malema is and for what he really is. Mthembu further said that “Malema is too factious; he thinks he is everything. He might support a leader now, but he'll do a complete about face with in the three years”. With his statement he was referring to the days where Julius used to say he would kill for Zuma, and now he is killing Zuma. What kind of a leader that goes around calling people names? We do not need such people in our country. In December 2012 the ANC will host a conference in Mangaung, this conference will determine whether Jacob Zuma will be a president for the second term or not. So far chances of him making it to the second term are very few rather slim. This is due to Julies Malema campaigning for an anti Jacob Zuma platform, and this has had more members since it started. This conference however will include the process of auditing branches, nominating of delegates, and nominating of candidates for all national executive committee position.

The president of SA Jacob Zuma.

People put a blame on Jacob Zuma for Julius actions. They say that he has created this monster and now it has turned against him.Our country deserves better than this. We want to groom our children to a country that has a future and with Julius on board there is no future for our country or for our children.
